Creating a new consumer clean-energy brand for a Swedish VC

A third of global climate emissions are driven by residential heating. How do you convince European consumers to invest in clean energy infrastructure for their homes when they don’t even know they need it. And how do you do it when you’re a brand new brand with no credibility?

The Project

  • Build a new category for clean-energy home infrastructure and launch a brand new business from a Swedish VC.

  • Approached by a Swedish VC firm with a strong track record in B2B climate-tech businesses to launch their first consumer proposition. Build credibility in key EU markets and disrupt the clean-energy space occupied by incumbents.

  • To position Aira as a disruptor in the clean-tech space, we created a messaging framework from scratch and developed a comprehensive go-to-market plan. This involved planning a spokesperson strategy, a thought leadership report, a PR launch, social media and influencer activity and a purpose-driven community initiative.

    Resulted in 120+ pieces of PR coverage, 12k views of thought leadership content, 14k views of brand film
